Better at Home Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, no. 17247545, registered office Elm House, Hackforth, Bedale DL8 1PA, is the data controller. The company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Better at Home is pre-launch. There is an enquiry form on the contact page, and on a deployment with no mail sender configured it cannot deliver anything: the route refuses the send and tells you to ring instead, rather than accepting your details and losing them. Nothing is stored on this site either way.

Before any form is published, this page will set out: what information is collected and why; the lawful basis for processing it; how long it is kept; who it is shared with; the rights you have over it under UK GDPR; and how to complain, to us and to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Care enquiries involve health information, which is a special category of personal data and needs a specific lawful basis. That is being confirmed and will be stated here explicitly rather than covered by general wording.
